Hi my self is Gayatri Boori, recently I ordered iPhone 13 (128 Starlight) in Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale on 6th midnight (from 12 AM) ID:171-9326192-6133105. The delivery date was given as 10th October and also came out for delivery, but the delivery boy canceled the order without my intimation.
Then im my app order status was showing it was cancelled, immediately I contacted the customer care, I spoke to three officials in one day, they said they will do reiniate my order and they said it will be come on 13thoct2023 for sure..But today 11thoct23 my order status shows that the refund has been issued, that’s why again today I contacted the customer care representative and they said that the refund has been issued, so we can’t help to do reiniate that product so you have reorder again.
The deal price on the day of my order was 47,999/- but after all offers and exchanges were discounted I got 37,699/-. When I asked that delivery boy why you canceled the delivery, he simply told me to re-order that product, and customer care is also saying sorry and re-order the item. I suffered this loss due to the lack of understanding of that delivery boy and the customer care representatives also said they would help my problem and then plainly said we can’t do anything right now.
Why make such a big sale when the customer has a problem and can’t fix it? Why does it offer? The customer care officers also did not respond properly. Now who is responsible for my loss. i want that product at the same price. Amazon customer care representatives are also saying that it will arrive on the first day and then on the second day the refund process has already started, so we can’t do anything now. why the executives talking in two ways?
