Text of Complaint by Chinmoy Biswas:

Dear Sir/Mam,

I, Chinmoy Biswas, am a fliplart plus customer. I made an order of Relame 8s 5G on 17.10.2021 along with mobile exchange. Exchange value was Rs. 4800/- and paid rest amount through credit card. On 19.10.2018 delivery person named Abhijit came to deliver the item. Before delivery he had to pick old mobile up. Old  mobile is in very good condition and performing excellent. There is not a single issue with the mobile and not even any scratches. Old mobile is fully eligible for exchange and it can’t be denied on any ground. While the delivery person came he also checked the mobile but unfortunately he told it can’t be exchanged and made fictitious excuses. Asked him why are you making such excuses. At that time he told me to sell it to him and even offered Rs. 4000/-. Did not agree with him. Told him why I would sell it to him at lower price to him. He tried to convince me for a long time and failed. While leaving without picking up the old one and delivering the new one he gave his mobile number which is 07001055036 & told to inform him if  willing to sell it to him. Also told to forward the feedback messages which would be received  at my end later. It was clear from the conversation with the delivery person as the old phone was in very good condition he wanted to have it lower price. Did not agree with him he left our premise and after two hours we were informed by E-kart thought message that delivery was failed due to failure of verification which is a complete lie. The delivery person even asked to cancel the order but I didn’t. Informed flipkart customer service and was told the new attempt will be made by other delivery person by the specified delivery deadline with is 22.10.2021 but no new attempt has been made to deliver the item. On 22.10.2021 morning I got the message that my order has been cancelled and order amount was refunded. On 19.10.2021 when my delivery and exchange was denied I informed Flipkart customer care without any delay. I was also told that a complain had been raised and that would be resolved by 3.29PM, 23.10.2021. A team will contact me and provide me the resolution. But no one has made contact with me till date. I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by flipkart. I felt cheated by the delivery person and when I sought support from Flipkart, they didn’t provide any help. 
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and make necessary steps so that no customer including me are harassed in future. I also want to inform you I made the same order after my previous order cancellation. I would also request to ensure that I can get my order delivered smoothly.
