I am a prime member in Amazon. This is the 6-7th time I am facing issue with delivery agents and Amazon is not taking any action on them. First the product goes out for delivery, delivery agent never calls me, when I call the agent from registered number, different number he doesn’t answer my call and updates the status as recipient rejected the product or recipient is not answering the call where they don’t even call me, doesn’t visit my address. All these orders are prepaid , the product gets returned,and they refund my amount after 3-4 business days. My money is being used and product isn’t delivered and my money is sent back to me after 3-4 days. This is very frustrating . I have called customer care multiple times everytime their answer is ‘ We will escalate the issue’ but nothing happens from their end. For each and every product I’ve to call customer care continuously and still the product doesn’t get delivered.
