For my address, the delivery hub will be karamadai hub Coimbatore. The courier service company is xpressbees.
Last month I ordered a Saree. It reached the hub and it should have been delivered to me by the delivery date mentioned. But it was not delivered to me no delivery attempt was not made. I contacted customer care they said they will check on it but no response. I called the delivery agent after getting his number. He said that he will deliver by end of the day. But even after 3 days it was not delivered to me. He delivered the product after I was constantly calling and bugging him.
I ordered two mattresses on Oct 16th it was not delivered to me till now. When I contacted your customer care the agent said it will be delivered within 24 hours. I called the next day morning to that delivery agent. He said he doesn’t have 4 wheeler to deliver it and he will deliver the product only after he gets a 4 wheeler. I mean how many days I should wait for the product to get delivered.

Then I asked when my order will be delivered. He started talking so rude and was shouting at me. When I gave the mobile to my dad he is saying that he will not deliver the order and if we need the product we should go to your hub and collect it directly. Then he hung up the phone on us. We cancelled the order after waitn for 15 days.

Now I have other order to be delivered. No delivery attempt was made and the status was updated as customer didn’t have cash.
I am so distressed and depressed because of this delivery agent not delivering my products to me and also is very abusive.
