I ordered Cazibe women jacket 8 december2020 order no (171-2655554-6421140)in amazon ,I pay advance through UPI Rs-1049/,but delivery boy took OTP and not delivered to me.Delivery boy come to delivery address, that is I mention  Baikhora bajar ,Bokafa, Tripura 799142(Lowgang BC),But my fault I give wrong no, that is in West Bengal.Delivery boy call that wrong no and took OTP and he mention  the product is delivered.But I am not got the product to my hand, That time I called amazon customer care  they told me they can’t do anything for this. But my question is how possible to delivered this product Tripura to west Bengal in same time same date.This delivery agency cheated with me.They have alternative number why they  not call to me.

              So  I have humble request to you please take  action in delivery agency(Lowgang BC Tripura) as soon as possible .If your company can’t do anything this , Delivery agency  do this cheated things again and again and customer are sufferd.
