With reference to the above order number i would like to bring to your notice that the delivery agent contacted us saying he won’t be able to deliver the order as he has too many other orders to be delivered.
I had contacted the customer service soon after that and they had assured the delivery of the product.
At around 3.45 pm the delivery agent gave a missed call and when I tried contacting him he was speaking to someone else.
Thereafter I’m seeing an update in the order saying unable to deliver
Amazon “Fresh” charges for items not delivered. They don’t just charge for what they actually send you. I’m completely disabled and stuck. Too many times items are either flat rotten and slimy or just not even there. I don’t know which is worse. Then, when I take the time to try to get a refund often I find out that it was never credited! I’ve complained to them about this so many times and nothing at all is any better. They need to be sued for theft.
