Dear Sir / Madam ,
I have order some products from DTDC MY product is prepaid , delivery agent have call me from personal number and ask to collect shipment from different location he refused for doorstep deliver, they forced me to collect parsal from their own location ,but this was totally wrong … He directly told me if u are not coming in cancelling ur courier is this good for a customer? .. but their delivery agent is so arrogant and he don’t know how to talk to a customer… Please do me a favour…. I’m attaching my order shipment details also the phone no. from that I got call his name is Monu Goyal
