This is a quite serious issue that is being faced by me a Prime member on Amazon, the product is supposed to be delivered to my doorstep, but the delivery agent denies to come to the area saying that it is not part of his route, but Amazon clearly shows that they will deliver it to the doorstep, and that too ‘Amazon Delivered’. My PO is 670705, my house is accessible by road (tarmac). The agent keeps threatening to cancel the order, which leaves us with no choice but to go to the place he specifies since our orders are prepaid and we are in need of the product. I have told Amazon customer care about this, but all my attempts were futile with the agent still acting the same way.
