I had ordered the Casio G-shock Analog-Digital Black Dial Men’s watch-GA-B001-1ADR on 06th April 2023 which was delivered on 08-April-2023. I had placed the return order to return the product as it was not suitable for me due to the small dial as per my expectations. The product was returned by me on 10 April 2023 between 4 PM to 6 PM but the status was updated immediately. The return pickup guy told that it will be updated shortly but after that, it was updated as the return pickup was canceled. I had raised multiple tickets about this fraud against me by this return pickup agent but the response was that we had not received your product so we can’t refund your money. There was fraud against me by the pickup guy’s agent.
