Dear Sir/ Madam,
I Sourish Dutta.I am a Flipkart plus member since last 8 years.
i Order a Sieko watch and I receive A Titan watch.
Order ID OD332939770339518100
I received a TITAN Date And Date Watch. When the delivery boy came i am not in my home. IThe delivery box ask my mother for otp. my mother give him the otp.when i come back in my homeI just Shocked when i saw the product.i create a return request but its rejected.
i and my old mother not aware of OBD delivery. The Delivery agent come to my home as normal delivery package as regularly. He ask me for OTP and drop the package in my mom’s hand. Please help me to get my refund or replacement as soon as possible. I down in a ford star  Please arrange my return for my hardest money.
Please look into the matter and oblige me.
