So I ordered a phone MI11X under exchange of a Poco F1 phone on sunday 3rd October 2021. Till Wednesday I had no update of the dispatch date. After a couple of phone calls to the customer care the phone got dispatched. I got an Sms on Friday 8th October 2021 that it will be delivered today. I was at work and left the message with my brother.
An extremely RUDE delivery agent by the name of Mr. NASEEM AHMED came and demanded an OTP which my brother gave him. To which he said he wanted a 4 digit OTP ( which mind you is the PIN not the OTP) He then demanded that there should be a mandatory amazon app on my brothers phone, to which my brother said that he would download it in a minute. He then rudely replied that I don’t have all day to wait for you and I will come back in the evening and that we should have the app downloaded by then (which in itself is preposterous) After my brother’s further insistence he said that if you are so desperate for the phone you give me the money and take the phone and left. The WORST PART is that he has cancelled my order!!!!!!!! How the hell does a delivery agent who promised to come back in the evening and deliver my phone get the right to cancel my order and put the reason as Exchange Verification Failed! He didn’t even reach the stage of checking the old phone for exchange.I have called the customer care multiple times but doesn’t seem to help. I am unable to place a fresh order under exchange because of this delivery agent’s audacity because my Imei number shows that ut has already been exchanged!
I am a doctor by profession and that phone was for my clinic use and due to one delivery agent I lost the phone.
I need that phone on the same rate that I ordered it at.
