Text of Complaint by Ankita Tadvi:
Dear Sir/madam,
I am writing this email to inform you regarding the service I have experienced with my last order and the current order as well.
Last time, I have ordered misal pav and VIP vadapav. The person who delivered the food handed me in very bad condition. You can see the condition of the food in the attached file.
For the compensation, I received Rs.147 off on my next order. So, today I ordered Grill sandwich at 2:09pm from Mahalaxmi Juice and Fast food. After waiting for an hour even, the delivery boy has not reached to the place to pick it up. I had a chat with Mr. Aman, an executive for the same.
I am not getting proper response from him too.
Please look into the matter.
