Dear sir / madam .

I have faced a problem regarding a delivery service. A courier company named, Delhivery courier service, cheated on me . The company is holding my product without delivering it to me .
The product arrived at my nearest branch in 21 Jan 2022 at 8:15 Am but When checking the my product’s status it’s showing that I didn’t picked up the call but the truth is that they neither called me nor informed me and without informing me they sent the product back to the company. I want justice for being cheated. The product is very necessary for me .
Please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
