FRAUD DONE BY DELIVERY BOY AND OTHER MEMEBER..
On 20th jan 2023 i ordered 3 items
Samsung refrigerator , samsung washing machine , samsung microwave ( all items were supposed to be delivered on 14th feb)
On 13th feb got a mail about both the items getting delivered on 13th feb only
Delivery person came to me on 13th and delivered me only 2 products fridge and washing machine and told me that the 3rd item will be delivered to me on 14th feb .
I told him there were 3 orders he told me that the 3rd item is misplaced and he will send me that item the next day and took the otp from me .
Right after he left i got communication that all 3 items were delivere to me while asking the delivery person in call he told that there might be some glitch the order will be delivered to me next day i waited 48 hours and then raised a complaint on amazon .
After 5 days amazon says that they investigated on this and they find out that all items were delivered to me but it is not so .
As a proof i have recordings of amazon delivery person and me where he says that the item is lost .
Now i want to raise a complaint and i need a full refund of my product .
Amazon centre is telling as per there records it is reflecting as Delivered to you and our investigation team has checked the details till scanning and it is reflecting as delivered to you..
There executive are least bothered about the mental situation customer faces in these type of fraud activities done by there delivery boys and just keep on repeating the same answer what is reflecting on there screen..
Delivery boy of AMAZON has done fraud as he was having knowledge of Loopholes and Now customer has to suffer.. amazon team needs to check this.. MY HARD EARNED money is at stake..
Please do a detailed and stick check with the delivery boy and get the truth come out.. Please file a POLICE COMPLAIN against the fraudulent person whether it is there delivery boy or other staff involved in fraud .
As a proof i have call recordings with the delivery person . Where he clearly says that the item is lost .
I want full justice and full claim .
