I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger zip up Sweatshirt but instead of it they delivered a fake Tommy Hilfiger hoodie with different color and size. When I applied for refund it is showing pending approval.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.         How to raise dispute on Google Pay?

        Open the Google Pay app .
        Select the transaction that you want to raise dispute.
        Please note the Raise Dispute option will be enabled after 2 days from the date of transaction.
        Tap Raise Dispute.
        Tap I Agree.
        Tap Continue.
        Follow the steps on the screen to finish raising the dispute for your Google Pay transaction.
