I ordered a Fossil Gen5 smartwatch worth 15995 from tata cliq but after getting the parcel i opened it and i see that there is a totally different product i got delivered a titan watch which has mrp of 2095 and i create a return request then next day my pickup was complete but they didnt give me refund they sent me that product again and told me that the seller sent the correct item to u we have checked all the cctv when it was packed and all i want to say them that if u have checked all the cctv then how i got a wrong product please help me to get my money back i m a student and it is alot of money for me
