Text of Complaint by Arun shanjay:

  1. I ordered product (glutalight soap) in amazon but they have not delivered to me ,when i ask for the person whom they delivered to the customer care service they said that it is my burden to find whom they have delivered and they stated that i was purposely doing it for money.As i am not at home the delivery agent much have contacted me to ask where he should deliver but he had called me after delivering to someone and asked me to collect from him .The problem is i have already registered a complaint not to deliver like this when i ordered a book but this time also they delivered to someone and forcefully asking me to buy the product.customer care is informing that even if they delivered to someone it is my burden to find out whom they have delivered .
