I ordered food from Swiggy Instamart at 11:36 a.m. on May 20, 2023. They claim the items will be delivered in 10–15 minutes. They took 1.5 hours to deliver the order. No one from the team responded for around 30 minutes. They are so irresponsible that they didn’t realise that they were completely ignoring the customer and wasting their time. I asked them to connect to the higher authority, but they didn’t. They left the chat. I tried many times to connect with the team, but they didn’t respond. They wasted almost two hours, and still they are not responding. I hope this portal will take this issue further so that their team gets notified.
