I have purchased a Samsung S20 FE 5G from Flipkart on 15-11-2022 worth Rs 29901.
After few months (on 18.08.2023) I came to notice that the back cover of the phone get detached and took it to the service center.But they said warranty was over.The warranty terms was 1 year from date of purchase.And also it came to my notice that from service center the purchase date was 11.07.2021.
So Flipkart has delivered me an old product after its warranty was over.I should either get warranty upto November 2023 or get a replacement for the product.
