On May 4,2024 , I ordered a Combo pack of 4 linen shirts in D2C Enterprise, SMP. H. NO. 46 Pipal wala Mohalla near vijay gas agency, Jaldi, Delhi -110042 . But, On May 9,2024 on yesterday I received one message from the Ekart that my combo pack of 5 linen shirts will be delivered to my ordere address before 9 P. M. on yesterday but instead of delivering my original and actual order of combo pack of 4 linen shirts by the concerned company a two worst pants was wrongfully and falsely delivered to me against my actual and original order of combo pack of 4 linen shirts. This wrongful and false delivery was delivered by the Ekart Delivery person named Mr. Mohammed Riyas and his mobile number is 90923 -06001. I paid a sum of Rs. 999 to that Ekart delivery person to his mobile number through the phonepe.
Hence, this delivery is a wrongful delivery to me, I ordered one product and I paid the full amount of Rs. 999 to it but I received a wrongful and false product. It’s an act of cheating the customers like me. Kindly, help me to get a correct which I ordered or refund my hard earned money from that company.
