Dear Sir,
On April 30, I had ordered a 79cm SKYBAGS trolley bag and a bangle box from flipkart (Order Id- OD121661866387534000 ) . The trolley bag has been delivered 66cm instead of 79cm on 11th May. This is seen by delivery agent also seen that the wrong size product has come. As soon as I raised the return request, after some time my account has been blocked and the return request has also been cancelled. I also talked in customer care several times but did not get any satisfactory answer.
The issue is about return request cancellation not about account blocking.
I have got many same mails mentioned that you have made multiple time returns, so the system has automatically blocked the account.
Sir, it is obvious that if customer gets the wrong size product which has not been ordered, he will return it surely. And there is still a product that has not been delivered but account has been blocked and Now I cannot check their status as well.
It is not main problem that the account has been blocked, the problem is that when the wrong size product has been delivered, then why the return was cancelled.
And it is under Flipkart return policy as given by Flipkart.
It can be confirm by the delivery agent and CCTV FOOTAGE whether the correct product was shipped or incorrect. And if wrong size was shipped then why return is cancelled and by Flipcart return policy the return period of a product is 7 days then why is the return cancelled?
I humbly request you to return this delivered product and provide my refund.
I am adding the pictures of ordered product and delivered product, please read ordered product name and delivered product name you will get that both are different.
