I have ordered SAMSUNG SSD T7 Shield, instead I have received another model I.e, T7 Touch. I have video proof of unboxing also. When I have complained Amazon customer care, they filed an investigation, and they got report, according to the report their saying “ there was everything clear from seller and product was delivered, so we cannot provide replacement or refund”.
