Text of Complaint by Ankit:

I ordered a Asics men’s trackpants from Myntra on 23 July 2024 and got it delivered on 25 July 2024 at my home (Kota, Rajasthan), the product I received was of different colour as shown in the Myntra app and also the fit was also different. I requested return for the product and full refund of my money. The customer executive of Myntra to whom I talked on call regarding issue I faced, his name was Rajeev, he told me that he had created return for my product and also raised a complaint regarding that, and assured me that don’t worry sir, this type of incidents occur sometimes as there are very large number of products packed daily, so relax your product will be returned and you’ll be refunded your money back. The very next day i.e., 26 July there was a written communication on the app via Myntra stating that your return has been rejected, and providing the excuse that we have investigated and found that we’ve delivered correct product to you.
After that, I again created return for the product and this time I chose fitting issue as the reason (this was also the reason before, but I thought colour difference is bigger issue than fitting issue, infact I mentioned this also to the customer executive Rajeev) for return, and the. After 2 days the delivery agent came to my house to for the pickup of the product, and said that he can’t pick up this because he has clear instructions to check the colour with the product image in the Myntra app (and the product was already different colour delivered to me), and he told me that he is putting this on hold, and asked me to contact Myntra support and tell them to approve my return request, and then he will come again to pick up the product for return. And then 2-3 hours later same day I contacted Myntra support for the approval, they told me that they have reinvestigated and found that they have delivered correct product to me, and then declined the return again.
