Text of Complaint by Bidisha Das:

I ordered a product from Ajio( order no. FN8946309242) at first they delivered a wrong product to me and therefore I returned the product on 28th February’23. Since than I didn’t receive any update till 12th March, when I finally decided to give a call to the customer care they are saying that the product that I returned was a non Ajio product so it would be reshipped back to me. The reshipment has been done to me on 15th March but this time to my shock they sent me an old stinking T shirt with no tags. I was asked to send e mails which I did but now they are not ready to return my money back. I have returned whatever has been delivered to me and now they have sent me an old product and not willing to provide a refund.
Please look into the matter and try to resolve it, I don’t mind taking legal actions against them for my parents hard earned money, they can’t loot their customers like this.
