I had ordered one john players pant from Ajio app but they delivered me another pant instead and when i created the exchange it didn’t give me my correct order and canceled the exchange order. I created exchange again but this time also my correct order was not delivered to me and canceled the order without asking me.
While I kept calling the delivery agent and Ajio customer care saying that I want my order not to cancel my order, still I got canceled by showing fake delivery attempt even though I was not called even once. I also have a recording of the talk done with Ajio customer care, in which they have admitted that it is their fault, even after that neither they are not delivering my order to me.
