I ordered Bata formal shoes from Flipkart and delivered wrong product for adidas sport shoes. I took for them to deliver it in 5 days and now another 3 4 days for return or replacement. Customer service team is not all helpful and disconnecting call while speaking. Escalation person says the same thing. There are no managers or anyone who can handle the case or resolve the issue. Each and everytime there is a struggle with these people on call and they don’t want to resolve the issue and asking to do whatever I can do from my side but doesnot want to transfer to manager.
