I ordered car tires of size 145/80 R13 from amazon (Order no:406-0527686-2894741). But they delivered 145/80 R12 tires which is unfit for my vehicle.So I contact amazon for exchange, but they replied that this is non- returnable item so we cant do anything. Actual it is their mistake that i got the wrong size product. Please find the attached details for your reference.
