On October 09,2023, I received a delivery under order number #16747, and to my shock and dismay, the package contained two used and heavily soiled shirts, completely different from the joggers I had originally ordered. This is an egregious error and a blatant violation of the trust and confidence I had in Closet Luxe (Faction Hut) https://closetluxe.shop/.
To compound this already unacceptable situation, I discovered that there were six packages within the shipment, each labeled with a different address. This revelation has not only left me astounded but also deeply concerned about the security and accuracy of your delivery process.
