I ordered a Selvia white shirt and Amazon delivered a used product. I immediately placed a replacement request after checking the product. Amazon again delivered a used product with no tag and stains all over the sleeves and other part of the shirt. The shirt also has a bad human odour. I immediately placed a return request after being disappointed twice with the same product and same issue. The next day the shirt got pickup, however the agent didn’t update the status on the app and it’s showing the pickup failed. The status is stuck at Return initiated stage for more than a week now. I raised several complaints and spoke to 3 customer support members, however no resolution whatsoever!! It is utterly disappointing to see that such a ‘big’ brand does not even have a basic quality check in place. The customer support team keeps giving me same answer that we have raised this and you should receive your refund but I don’t see anything into action. This has been happening alot lately with the Amazon delivery. I’m super frustrated. I want my refund ASAP.
