Text of Complaint by Yugi:

Hi,

I have ordered mosquito nets 2 (699+799) for my parents who are in my home town and shown status as delivered on April 9th without a call to my mobile nor did the delivery agent asked for my flat number as i have only mentioned floor number. My mother called me saying have received the product of something and as i was busy with my lockdown office work i missed to check the delivered product details. As on Apr 20th i went to home and verified , found out that the requested product did not delivered and i rasied a complaint immediately. flipkart customer care people said they can do nothing now as am out of time. Neither did they deliver the product nor did they refund my money.I even asked for the delivery agent details but the refused flatly.

Tell me, what should i do now.

  1. should i blame me because for trusting the flipkart people to deliver genuinely and forget and never to order anything from flipkart
  2. should i blame flipkart because when mobile number is not rechable shouldn’t the product be returned instead looting it.
  3. should i blame ekart logistics delivery company as their person was the one who delivered or should i say looted the product.

I just want to enlighten people regarding this looting business.
