This is to refrence with my product I have ordered on 19th July. its a Printer. I have received the product on 21st July evening. (This is some open policy deliver). Anyways When I tried to start yhe printer its giving some kind of blinking lights. Then I have contacted Flipkart. They told contact the Brand service center i.e CANON.
One of the service center I have contacted. He told to check certain things and conclude that the printers head is not working. Kindly send the printer serial no. and invoice.
I have wrote letter to canon service. they have informed thru mail that the printer is not coming under warranty. if you want to do repair. I have to pay for that.
Then again I have contacted the canon. They told to send the Invoice and serial no. of printer.
They sent me a mail saying my printer serial no. and invoice number is not matching. Ask your Seller to provide.
Till now Flipkart is neither giving me the invoice related to printer nor solving my issue.
I am fed up with this.Worst part whenever I call them, they give one new date to resolve.
Kindly provide me either the working printer or the right invoice.
