I orderd Multi function smash machine on 23.03.2021 against customer ID: os61302, MAP ID :19416576, Tracking ID : WSPC1787264761.
On 30.03.2021 a parsel deliveredp me. After Paying (COD) Rs.900/- to delivery boy , when I open the box I found a ordinary plastic cutter. The present value of this cutter is RS.99/- in local market. Video uploaded here. Need my money back and proper legal action against cheating & frauds of “Zyngos”. Moreover need legal action against “Ekart”( the logistic company) for supporting “Zyngos” in thier customer cheating activity.
