I had placed vegetarian food order (veg manchurian gravy) via swiggy but they delivered me non vegetarian chicken fried rice( as mention on slip) and when I complained to swiggy helpline they forced me to open the non veg food and send them to verify the wrong delivery which i refused to do and they refused to refund my money and refused to replace the food. Though i had send them food pictures in that it was clearly visible that its dry rice item instead of gravy item ( they packed in transparent packing so it was clearly identifiable by looking) then to they were not convinced seemed on purpose.
