It’s a matter of great concern that I have been cheated towards my order of CAPIO ART WOOD WALL CLOCK having order number 404-2258869-3735524.I have ordered a CAPIO ART WOOD WALL CLOCK on dt-13.05.2020 by paying amount 499/- by online. I have received the order on that 23.05.2020 but the wall clock was found damaged so I requested for a replacement of the order on amazon Mobile App. The order was picked up from me for replacement process on Dt-24.05.2020 by courier agent and message regarding the same was came in my mobile. The pick up tracking id, given was 622962069026.
But till date ,I have not received my replacement order, neither I have being refunded the amount towards my order. I am feeling cheated.i request you to take necessary action towards replacement or refund of my money towards my order. If my matter will not be resolved as soon as possible then I will take my case to state consumer forum and central consumer grievance authorities. Also I will take this matter to social media and take all possible necessary actions.
Thus I request your good self to be kind enough to resolve my matter immediately or ready to face consequences. Its not the kind of customer service expected from AMAZON like company.waiting for your response.
