Text of Complaint by Rajeev:

I had placed an order for men casual summer cargo pants on March 31st ( Order #34560)and the item was delivered to me on Saturday April 6th. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item was damaged. Return option also not there, I kindly request Consumer court to take appropriate action against Shopifyemail.com and https://fashionbonanzaco.myshopify.com/.Please block this e-com retailer from Facebook Ad .I am seeking a full refund of the purchase price, along with any additional compensation deemed appropriate for the inconvenience and distress caused by this incident.
