Hello Sir,
I had ordered food at Kolkata, from a resturant. They delivered chicken lasagna but it was nowhere near to it.
The Lasagna was watery inside and tasting like some mughlai dish mixed with cheese.
It is not good to sell continental or any cuisine without knowing the preparation techniques. I asked for a comensation to which I was told by Zomato executive that he cannot procees a refund or Zomato credit and some other team will reach me.
Now shall I wait for that team to refund me or give me proper food. What about the money I had spent.
These Zomato people are very much callous about their customer satisfaction and keep repeating such mistakes.
Please provide a justice.
