I purchased an smartwatch from Flipkart on 16th Sep 2021 and it delivered to me on 18th Sep 2021. But i get a normal digital watch instead of smart watch which i purchased.
I make a replacement on that product on the same day 18th Sep 2021.
Flipkart customer care give me time again and again for replace my order.
They tell me that your order will be replaced before 29 Sep 2021.
It’s beed 12 days today and they gave me another next time period of 06 oct 2021 for my replacement.
Whenever i call to customer care they give me next time period and tell me for wait and wait everytime.
It’s very irritating for me first they delivered a fake watch to me and noe there is no suitable response from Flipkart team.
Please make done my replacement asap because i paid for the right product so how can i accept the fake one.
