Text of Complaint by Ayazur Rehman:

i have ordered “Optimum Nutrition (ON) Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder – 2 lbs, 907 g (Double Rich Chocolate) ” on 19 August 2020 (Order# 408-9841561-4696368) and it delivered on 23 aug 2020. we have checked the product and come to know that the product is expired product. then on same day i have request refund (Amazon Return ID: Dz1517q0RRMA) till that day to now they never pick this product. They have change pick up date every time when i call to customer care but never pick up my product. Today 14 sep 2020 i have check the return status now showing “This item isn’t eligible for return”.
