I have buying Samsung M20 on 8th may 2019 ,I have facing some problems with this phone I.e. cameras has in mirrors mode ,every photo has become opposite ,,phone is hanging, and phone is heating that it.i have complained so many times in Amazon help center and lastly they give me an appointment of inspection service at 13th of may,after inspection there inspection engineer have found and talk me about there is some problems in your phone and they told me not to worry about it, I have updates your inspection or your phone problem to the Amazon but after that when I call to Amazon help center, they told me there is not any problem with your phone as my inspection team survey,,I am shocked, I have requests again and again about inspection service and lastly they give me again inspection service ,,,I have attached inspection letters because there inspector has written by own about what the problem in my phone,please help me if possible
