Myntra delivered fake and Defective PUMA Product to me. After several follow up I did exchange request for new product but Myntra’s courier partner EKART Delivery boy refused to exchange that product and behave with bad manners. Several times I called to Myntra customer care but they are not able to resolve my issue. There is big communication gaps between Myntra, Ekart and customer care guyes.
Please do the needful for this case. This is completely fraud things and not professional behaviour of any of the above parties.
