Respected Sir/ Madam,

E-commerce online shopping website Company Amazon ,I was recived the defective product and disk drive is not showing in computer ,product is not anything worked, thats why , I was returned the product  13 days ago but so far ,
But till now Amazon has not taken the product back,
and is not giving any resolution,
Amazon Customer care agreed that due to technical problems, the can’t pickup it, For this i have also calls 11 time to Amazon customer care but today is 13 days and till now Amazon not giving any resolution for that.
I told that them, If you don’t get any resolution then I will complaint But they didn’t take this Seriouslly and answering me we can’t do anything on it. Now I’m tired/desperate of calling them, no resolution is being to Amazon their policy is about cheating with the costumers,

Respected Authority hear i have humble to you please solve my issue with Amazon.
