Text of Complaint by Dharamveer Sharma:

Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail, to inform you that I purchased a Lloyd’s 1.5 ton window ac from flipkart. Ac was delivered to me on 16th april and installation were scheduled on 18th april 23.
Installation engineer visited my place on 18 th april and start unboxing the ac. While preparing for the installation he plug in the ac for checking. As he start the ac some noise (kat kat)were coming from inside.
So, he said the ac is defective and need to be replaced.i can not install this one.
I paid him a charge of Rs. 589 because he said that it is mandatory because i visited your place. He produce me a receipt of that amount also. He also promised that next time whenever you received your replacement I would install it free of cost, And than your would not need to pay the charges again.
Same day on 18th april I raised a replacement request on flipkart. On that section they provide a date for technical visit was 21 and pickup date was 24 april 23. Both dates are breached.Neither technician visited my place to approve my replacement nor pickup is done.
Till date I m continuously calling customer care to provide me a replacement , every day they people tell me that they are escalating the issue.and provides next day date to resolve the issue.
Till date, defected ac is lying with me, neither it installed nor replaced.
So I request you to kindly replace my ac and provide a fresh article. If you are not Able to do so kindly refund my order amount and pickup your ac.
