I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Firebolt Gladiator Plus product, which I recently purchased under Order No. #2024252616453. Regrettably, upon receipt of the product, it became evident that it arrived in a non-functional state.

Upon inspection, it was immediately noticeable that the device fails to power on, despite several attempts to charge it as per the provided instructions. This issue renders the product unusable and falls significantly short of the expected functionality promised at the time of purchase.

Moreover, while the external packaging appeared intact, closer examination revealed signs of mishandling during transit. The watch strap was found detached, and the watch itself was not properly aligned within the packaging, raising concerns about the handling procedures during shipment.

Additionally, upon further scrutiny, there were clear indications that the product may have been previously used. This discovery is deeply concerning as it suggests a breach of trust and a failure to deliver a new, pristine product as advertised and paid for.

Given the circumstances outlined above, I am requesting immediate action to address these issues. This includes either a prompt replacement of the non-functional product with a brand new, fully operational unit or a complete refund of the purchase amount.
