I had purchased Cello Duracool Aircooler with Order No.6188762155 dated 04.10.2018, delivered on 08.10.2018. The product received is not working and in a damaged condition, on the product sticker is pasted (Generally it is pasted after repair work done). I raised return request dated 09.10.2018. Later service engineer visited, POWER BOARD not working and confirmed it is a repaired product. PAYTM was rejected the return. I want to return the product and return my amount. My view is paytm is selling damaged products and cheating the customers. Customer care is not properly responding and just sending messages, your return was rejected. Please help me how i returm my received damaged product, do the needful.
