Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased LG 9.0 Kg 5 Star Smart Inverter Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (model no- T90SJSF1Z) from Amazon (seller Name- Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd), on 01st October 2020. The product was delivered on 03rd October and the Service engineer was came on 4th October for installation. But when packing was opened by service engineer, we found that the Item has scratches on top and bottom body and on the top side also. Inside drum was also found with lots of scratches. He suggested to return the product as it is damaged. When i have informed to the Amazon customer care division about the same, they have requested photos of damaged items, which i have sent on email. They have accepted on phone that item is in damaged condition, i have requested for the replacement but they are not registering my complaint. They are telling that the seller has no stock. But the reality is that, the same seller was selling the same model on Amazon. Amazon is nighther giving me surety nor registering return replacement request. Rather they are telling to wait till 17th October. They are not arranging replacement.

Request you to intervene the matter and try to provide replacement ASAP.
