On 30th of January 2021 we Ordered a book named Hunting for Silence: 5(Storm and Silence) on Amazon. But received some other book named as Prelims compass 2020. This book was then raised for exchange,but when exchanged, same book prelims compass was delivered. Then we contacted the Amazon’s customer service.. and when called..they said we’ll replace it right away, we said what if we made a replacement again and received same wrong book again, the answer they gave us was “We assure you.. you’ll be delivered the right book next time”. But they didn’t placed any replacement order for next the few days.. so we placed an replacement order. And after waiting for 1 week we received the wrong book again named Prelims compass 2020.
When contacted Amazon’s customer service again they disconnected us between the talk and are not contacting us back.
We want our money to be refunded and compensation for our time wasted by Amazon.
