I had ordered Seagate External Hard Disk of Capacity 1.5TB on 31st March 2021 but I received a Toy sort of thing that claims to be a mobile holder. When asked Amazon how could this happen, they asked me to raise a Return request, which I had done for 3 times. Total 3 times return requested-but item was never picked up all 3 times.
1st time: Pickup Executive Rejected to pickup the Item as it was not a hard disk. Isn’t it irony- Amazon denies to pickup the item as it was not a Harddisk- which Amazon themselves did not deliver!!
The other 2 times out of 3 return requests Pickup service never arrived at my door, rather called up and asked me to cancel the return request. I was calling Amazon Customer service too many times and asked to get connected to Escalation Desk. Gentleman named Ravi from escalation desk listened to all the story and committed to process this to a a refund but Amazon has been sitting on this order forever. I wasted a lot of time calling Amazon Customer service and its a lot of effort explaining the scenario each time to a new Customer service executive. I have lost trust in Amazon- They take customers for Granted
