I was delivered a speaker even though I had cancelled that order well within their terms and conditions i.e. cancelled it before it was processed. Now on their website it shows delivered, the product was delivered to me but I do not need it. Hence I have not even opened the package. I have been calling the customer care of company for a reverse pick up and refund, but they have not acted on it at best they have had multiple times given me assurance of a return pick up but nobody came to pick up. No email was replied in more than 45 days. I went to the company office address and nobody was there to attend to me. I am not opening to deliver the package since I do not want it and I want my money back.
