I bought phon from Amazon.com and paid 80 rs extra for delivery within 2 days but got damaged phone after 4 days and amazon didn refund that amount also.
I raised a replacement from amazone customer support and they taken pic of phone with imei no and after few days, there delivery parnter reported at home and without my concern he refused to pick phone as i was not there at that time and said phone screen is damed so i will not picked this phone as per company policy.
Thereafter i raised a complaint against and want phone replacement.
Now amazon saying that once courier parnter reject phone exchange we will not resend that phone so you have to take refund your money.
As there is no fault from customer side and amazone committed us for replacement of phone. They have taken my rs 80 extra and 30000 for 10 days.
Amazon cheating and harassing us and utilizing our money for 10 to 15 days.
Kindly look into the matter resolve the matter.
