Dear Sir,
I am your prime member as per you but I found that its wrong bcoz i never get my orders on time and your customer care person are not able to support the same,your logistics is not up to the mark.
sir please commit for delivery when you people are confident that you can do it otherwise never tell false to your customer.

Are you able to deliver the same on time as per your commitment if not so why you show wrong things befour order, this is not happen first time this is a regular exercise, if you have some power please resolve this issue for your loyal customer.
